You agree not to use Opteva to post unlawful, misleading, harmful, or infringing content, to violate any platform's rules, or to misuse the service. You are responsible for the content you approve for publishing.
You keep ownership of the business information and content you provide. You grant us the rights needed to create, schedule, and publish content for you. Opteva's software, brand, and materials remain our property. Content we generate for you is yours to use once your account is in good standing.
Opteva connects to platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok. Your use of those platforms is subject to their own terms. We are not responsible for changes they make, outages, or actions they take on your accounts.
Opteva is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee specific results, reach, engagement, or revenue. Social media outcomes depend on many factors outside our control.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Opteva is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.
You agree to cover claims and costs arising from your content, your use of the service, or your violation of these Terms.
You may stop using Opteva at any time. We may suspend or end access if you violate these Terms or misuse the service. Sections that should survive termination will continue to apply.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Illinois.
